Verified guest reviews

Guest reviews help increase conversion and make customers feel more confident about a particular property.

Overview

To meet review legal regulations, we require that the following information be provided along with the guest reviews:

  • Expedia Group verifies reviews to ensure the traveler booked with Expedia Group.
  • Travelers may receive a savings voucher when they submit a review.
  • Expedia Group publishes all reviews that meet our guidelines, whether positive or negative.

The section must also provide a link to the Rapid API review content guidelines. See localized guidelines below.

Example:

"We verify reviews to ensure the traveler booked with Expedia Group. Travelers may receive a savings voucher when they submit a review. We publish all reviews, positive or negative, that meet our guidelines. More information."
