4. Mandatory Fees
To ensure price transparency for travelers, any mandatory fees or taxes that travelers are required to pay post-booking (ie: any fees payable on arrival at the activity) must be loaded in these designated fields.
Log in to the partner self-service portal
Go to the activity and click on the Actions drop down menu
Select Edit
Click on Options and pricing in the left-hand navigation menu
In the Option, click on the Actions drop down menu
- Note: each Active Option will need to have fees set up individually
Select View/Edit
Click on option 4. Mandatory Fees to expand the section
Click on the Actions dropdown menu
Select Edit
Click on the fee type you are adding (e.g. Admission Fees or Transport/parking)
Enter the Activity Start and End Dates if applicable
Enter the fee Amount inclusive of taxes
Select the Ticket Type
Select the Currency
Note: Fees will be added for all times in the selected offer group
Click on Apply
Click on Save options
If mandatory fees apply to more than one option within an activity, you must repeat these steps for all applicable options
18. Ensure Exclusions content is updated to indicate that fees are payable locally
