How can I reset my password in LX Partner Central?

Password reset is self-service. Follow the steps below to successfully reset your password in Partner Central:

  • Login to Partner Central

  • When prompted to enter your password, click 'Forgot your password?'

  • Enter your registered email address and click on the "Request reset link" button.

  • An email will be delivered to you with a link to reset your password

  • When you click on the Password reset button, you will be redirected to a form to enter your new password. Once you've entered your new password, click 'Change password'

  • You will have the option to select a verification method, choose either option for your verification code

  • Once you've received the verification code, enter it on the following screen and click 'Verify'

  • Once you enter the correct verification code, you will regain access to Partner Central

You will receive a confirmation once your password has been reset.

I can’t seem to log in to Partner Central with my given details. How do I fix this?

There could be various reasons why you might not be able to log in. The following are the 3 C's for troubleshooting the issue:

  1. Clear your cache
  2. Change your browser (Google Chrome is suggested)
  3. Copy and paste your login details (instead of typing)
