Country to destination language mapping
Enhance the traveler experience by providing property addresses in the language of the destination.
Localized addresses are provided by the Rapid Content APIs based on primary language(s) spoken in the country/region where the property is located. For example, if you request information for a property located in China you will receive a localized address in either zh-CN or zh-TW. That same China property requested in fr-FR will return an English address since we provide English when the requested language doesn’t match the language spoken in the country/region of the property.
These localized addresses can be used to provide a better traveler experience and to improve property matching across suppliers.
A mapping between each country and the destination language(s) currently supported in Rapid for address localization is available by downloading the country to address language mapping. The mapping is based on these Rapid languages.
