Days and Availability

This section will vary depending on the Schedule Type and the Ticket availability type you selected in the Details section.

Ticket availability type options
  • If you selected Limited capacity, you must enter the amount of inventory (available spots) you have for Expedia shoppers as well as the days they are available.
    • The system will automatically list 100 available tickets per day. Please amend the days and amount of available tickets if needed.
  • If Free-sell was selected, you will only need to select the days the activity is available and Opening/Closing times.
  • Note that if API connected, the availability would update on its own.
  • Also in this section, you can indicate how many tickets are available based on the following:
    • Define availability by days: Select the days the offer is available and set the capacity (if you chose Limited Capacity)

  • Define availability by schedule type/languages: Select days available and capacity (if you chose Limited Capacity) based on the commentary and/or languages you selected for your option group.
