Increasing Reviews

Expedia emails the customer the day after they redeem and asks them to review their experience. Increase your review count by contacting customers using details pulled from your booking reports in Partner Central and use the template below to send a follow-up review request.

Customers can only leave feedback via the review email that is sent by Expedia, so they'll need to refer back to that email to give feedback on your product. Please note that any upselling or marketing of your products to Expedia customers is strictly prohibited, but requesting reviews after redemption is permitted.

To pull your booking report follow these steps:

• Go into Reports in Partner Central

• Select a customer arrival date range and choose a recent time frame • Select 'Export as Excel' • You now have all the required information in the excel spreadsheet to add all the details into the below email template:

Customer email:

Email subject: Your feedback on *product name* (Column F)

Dear *customer name*

We hope you enjoyed our *product name* (Column F) and would love to hear how you found the experience!

Your feedback is greatly valued by us and your fellow travellers.

*Enter point of sale e.g. Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz* (Column S) sent you an email on *enter date after redemption date* (Column T + 1 day) with a review submission request and it only takes about 3 minutes to complete.
