How do I manage company ownership or company name change with Expedia?

How do I manage contact, banking, or address updates with Expedia?

If you require changes to your contact details, banking details, remittance address, billing address, or any of your account details with Expedia, please contact our dedicated Partner Support Team by using the Contact Us link and they will be able to point you in the right direction.

How do I change the currency in which I receive payment?

It is important that you specify the currency that you wish to be paid in when providing your details to Expedia. This must also match the currency used in the rates you provide to Expedia for your product listings. I want to review my commission rates, who should I contact?

The commission rate for each of your products were pre-set based on contract terms with your Account Manager. Any changes to your commission rate must be discussed with and authorized by your current Account Manager or Partner Support Team. Please reach out to them with details of your requested commission rate.

How do I change the currency in which I receive payment?

How do I handle Local Taxes and VAT?

Your earnings may be subject to local taxes (including VAT), depending on the rules of the relevant jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine the amounts and taxes to be reported to the local authorities. You should contact your tax advisor with any questions.

What happens if I sell products in certain jurisdictions, but I am tax registered in another?

Please complete the tax form and provide the tax registration number. For questions related to your tax obligations, we recommend contacting your tax advisor.

What happens if I’m not VAT/tax registered?

In some jurisdictions, Expedia Activities might put your products temporarily or permanently off sale. Please discuss with the account manager or Partner Support Team.

How do we collect the tax registration information?

If you have an address in any of the countries listed below, you should have received a tax form to be completed. If you have not received one, please get in touch through our Contact Us form.

How do I troubleshoot notification issues?

There could be various reasons why you might not have received any booking notifications to your designated email address. The following are some steps for troubleshooting the issue:

  • Look up the customer booking details in the Reports section of Partner Central to confirm it is a valid booking (watch tutorial on how to search for bookings in your Training Videos section)
  • Confirm that you have the correct email address set up for booking notifications in Partner Branch Settings in Partner Central
  • Check your email's Spam folder just in case it has been delivered there
  • Add the email address "notify@localexpertpartnercentral.com" to Safe Sender List and/or "unblock image download" as shown below to ensure you receive our notifications correctly
