Flight Non-Flight Equipment Codes

A guide to the possible transport methods available when part of the flight offer includes non-flight transport from one airport to another

In the Flight Search API response, some flight offers include legs that leverage transportation via means other than a flight from one airport to another.

In this situation, the EquipmentCode element will include a value that refers to a non-flight transport method. Should this happen, the API response will include an element (IncludesNonFlightLeg=true) that indicates that one of the legs of the flight offer is actually not a flight. The non-flight EquipmentCode value will enable you to determine which Leg of the offer is the non-flight leg, as well as what type of transport it is.
