"PolicyText": "<p>If any of the items listed here are shown as included in the rate, you will not be charged for them.</p> <h2>Optional Extras</h2><p>All extras that you book and that are not paid for at the time of booking must be paid for locally. Please refer to the Optional Extras section below.</p> <h2>Parking and Toll Fees, Traffic Fines</h2><p>Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all garaging and congestion charges, parking and other traffic fines and penalties, and toll fees / road tax (if not specified otherwise) incurred during the rental period. All such charges will be forwarded to you along with any administrative charges from us or the Supplier.</p> <h2>Supplier Fees and Surcharges</h2><p>Young/Senior Driver surcharges – please see the Driver Age section for details regarding if and when these charges are applied.</p> <p>One-Way Fee – this fee is only charged for One-Way rentals. Please see the One-Way Rentals sections for details.</p> <p>Cross-Bordering fees – you may be required to buy special coverage products or pay additional fees if you wish to drive the vehicle outside the country or state where you picked it up. Please see the Cross-Bordering section for details.</p> <p>Out of Hours Fee – you will only be charged this fee if you want to book your rental outside the Supplier's regular opening hours. "PolicyText": "<h2>Fuel Policy</h2>Full to Full - You will pick up the car with a full tank of fuel and you should also return it with a full tank. Additional charges may apply if you do not return the car with a full tank. <p>A prepaid fuel option is available for purchase.</p> <p>The Supplier will not refund the cost of unused fuel when you return the vehicle.</p> <h2>Refuelling Fees</h2><p>If the vehicle is returned with less fuel in the tank than indicated in the Rental Document, you will have to pay a Refuelling Fee and for the missing fuel upon returning the vehicle.</p> <p>The Refuelling Fee is US$5 minimum.</p> <p>Please note that the fuel price per litre/gallon charged by the Supplier may be higher than the price at local petrol stations.</p> <p>You must present a receipt from a petrol station proving that you have filled up the tank before returning the rental vehicle. The petrol station must be located within a 10 mile radius from the rental office where you're returning the vehicle.</p>"

"PolicyText": "<p>If you need to change the name of the main driver when picking up the rental vehicle for some reason, e.g., forgotten credit card or Driving Licence, both the main driver in whose name the booking was made and the new main driver must be present and the new main driver must meet all the requirements.</p> <h2>Driver Age</h2><p>Please note that Young/Senior Driver fees will only be displayed correctly if you entered your age correctly in the search criteria. If you add Additional Drivers to your rental and any of them are considered Young/Senior Drivers, you may have to pay both an Additional Driver Fee and a Young/Senior Driver Fee.</p> <p>Minimum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 20.<br />Maximum driver age for the vehicle that you selected is 99.<br />A Young/Senior Driver Fee of $29.00 per day applies to drivers aged 20-24.<br /></p> <p><strong>Young/Senior Driver fees are subject to local taxes and surcharges.</strong></p> <p>Please note that exceptions to driver age requirements as well as additional requirements may apply in certain locations within your rental country. For specifics, please contact us directly or enquire with the Supplier when picking up the rental vehicle.</p> <h2>Required Documents</h2><p>You and all Additional Drivers must present a full valid original Driving Licence and the voucher or booking confirmation document when picking up the vehicle. If your Driving Licence has multiple parts, you must present all of them. All requirements apply to both you and any Additional Drivers.</p> <p>All drivers must hold a full and valid Driving Licence issued outside the USA, US Territories and Canada.</p> <p>An International Driving Permit is required in addition to a National Driving Licence if your National Driving Licence is not in English.</p> <p>You must also present:</p> <ul><li>Passport</li> <li>Flight tickets</li></ul> <p>You must present a credit card when picking up your rental vehicle.</p> <p>Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that you have all the necessary documentation, that your Driving Licence is valid in your intended rental country and for your intended type of rental vehicle, and that you have the correct immigration documents. The same applies if you're planning to visit other countries in the rental vehicle. Your failure to do so will result in your rental being refused and/or considered a no-show and you will be charged accordingly.</p>"

"PolicyText": "<h2>Local Tax Notice</h2><p>We do our best to ensure that all the prices we display are inclusive of tax. However, please keep in mind that local taxes and fees, like airport surcharges, may be additionally applied by the Supplier on locally paid extra charges, like optional equipment and age-related fees. Local taxes and fees are controlled by local authorities and the Suppliers and may be subject to change.</p> <h2>Excess and Coverage</h2><p>Excess on Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) / Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) is US$ 0.00.</p> <p>These amounts are applied if a waiver is included in the rates or purchased.</p> <p>Excess is unlimited if you do not purchase CDW/LDW or if it is not included in the rate.</p> <h2>Coverage Exclusions</h2><p><strong>If you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use the rental vehicle in any other negligent or reckless way, or break the conditions set out in the Rental Agreement, all applicable insurance covers, waivers, etc., will be deemed void and you will be fully responsible for all damage to the vehicle, as well as loss of use and any other related costs.</strong></p> <p><strong>Only authorised drivers registered on the Rental Agreement are allowed to drive the rental vehicle. Damage caused by unauthorised drivers is not covered.</strong></p> <p>You are not allowed to drive the vehicle on unauthorised or unpaved roads.</p> <h2>Third Party Liability (TPL)</h2><p>Third Party Liability coverage for bodily injuries is US$1,000,000.</p> <p>Third Party Liability coverage for property damage is US$1,000,000.</p> <h2>Transferable Insurance Coverages</h2><p>Please note that if your credit card company or other insurance providers offer Collision Damage or similar coverage transferable to rental vehicles, it is your responsibility to verify whether it is valid in your rental country. If you wish to waive similar coverage offered by the Supplier, you may need to present written proof of coverage from the insurance provider. If the proof is deemed insufficient, the Supplier may require you to purchase their coverage.</p> <h2>Supplier Insurance and Waiver Products</h2><p>Additional protections and insurances offered by the Supplier may be available for purchase at the time of picking up the rental vehicle.</p> <h2>Roadside Assistance</h2><p>The Supplier offers limited roadside assistance. Please check for details when picking up the vehicle.</p>"

"PolicyText": "<h2>Currency</h2><p>The currency you will be charged in locally by the Supplier is US Dollars (USD).</p> <h2>Foreign Exchange Rates</h2><p>All rates displayed here are converted and optional extras and/or remaining balance payable locally are charged in the local currency if not specified otherwise in these Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.</p> <h2>Local Deposit / Pre-Authorisation</h2><p>The Supplier will generally book a pre-authorisation for the security deposit amount of your rental vehicle on your credit card. Please note that the security deposit may still be required even when you reduce the excess to zero or to a lower level by purchasing additional insurance products.</p> <p>The exact deposit amount depends on the rental location, selected vehicle type and payment method.</p> <p>This Supplier applies the following rules:</p><ul><li>At ALL locations, if you use a Visa card to cover the deposit, your deposit amount will be equal to the total of incidentals, like fuel, One-Way fees and child seats, plus another 15% of the total.</li> <li>In Florida, the deposit is US$250 minimum (except when using a Visa card).</li> <li>In Hawaii, the deposit is not required (except when using a Visa card).</li> <li>In all other states, the deposit is US$350 minimum (except when using a Visa card).</li></ul> <p>The security deposit / credit card authorisation will be higher if you purchase optional extras, such as navigation devices, child seats and Additional Drivers.</p> <p>Debit card deposits are only accepted at limited locations. Please contact us directly for details or ask the Supplier when picking up the rental vehicle.</p> <p>All cards used must be in your name.</p> <p>Cash deposits are not accepted.</p> <h2>Payment Conditions</h2><p>All major credit cards are accepted.</p> <p>The following debit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover.</p> <p>Debit cards are accepted under the Supplier's conditions. Please contact us directly for details or enquire with the Supplier when picking up the rental vehicle.</p> <p>Debit card payments are only accepted at limited locations. Please contact us directly for details or ask the Supplier when picking up the vehicle.</p> <p>You may have to present additional documentation if you wish to use a debit card. Please contact us directly for details.</p> <p>If you want to use a debit card, you must meet the following conditions:</p><ul><li>Present a return flight ticket (e-tickets also accepted)</li> <li>Be at least 20-24 years old</li></ul> <p>Debit cards are only accepted for certain vehicle groups. Please ask the Supplier for details when picking up the rental vehicle.</p> <p>You may not take the rental vehicle on any type of boat, ship, ferry, train. It is only allowed if you attain prior written permission from the Supplier.</p> <p>Crossing between and to different islands within the territory of the pick-up country is not allowed. Crossing between different islands and also between islands and the mainland is only allowed if you receive special permission from the Supplier.</p> <h2>One-Way Rentals</h2><p>A rental is considered One-Way if you return the vehicle to any location other than the one you picked it up from. Each quote is only valid for the selected pick-up and return locations. To see One-Way rates for other locations, please conduct a new online search or contact us directly.</p> <p>For details regarding International One-Way rental allowances, please contact us directly or enquire with the Supplier when picking up the rental vehicle.</p> <h2>Cross-Bordering</h2><p>Cross-bordering is only allowed by request.</p> <p>Crossing the border is only allowed into the following countries/areas:</p> <p>Canada, Mexico.</p> <p>Please note that you need to buy special insurance or pay a fee for cross-bordering. For more details, please contact us directly or ask the Supplier when you pick up the vehicle.</p> <p><strong>Cross-bordering is only allowed for rentals starting from limited locations.</strong></p> <p>Other cross-bordering restrictions and allowances may apply. Please enquire with the Supplier when picking up the vehicle.</p> <p>Please note that not only international One-Way rentals qualify as cross-bordering – crossing the border into another country and back while returning the rental vehicle to the original pick-up location is also considered cross-bordering.</p>"

"PolicyText": "<h2>Grace Period</h2><p>Your car will be held for you for a period of 2 hours after the booked pick up time. If you are likely to be late, we advise that you contact the local car hire branch directly.</p> <p>When returning your rental, a grace period of 29 minutes between the agreed drop off time and the actual time the vehicle is returned to the car hire branch will be applied. After this period has lapsed, an additional rental day may be charged.</p> <h2>No-Show</h2><p>If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the booked time and date or notify us of cancellation before the rental is booked to start, this will be treated as a no-show. If you cannot pick up the vehicle due to insufficient documentation or because your credit card is not valid or accepted by the Supplier or does not hold sufficient funds to cover the deposit, this is also treated as a no-show.</p> <p>Please keep in mind that fees may apply.</p> <h2>Delivery and Collection</h2><p>Delivery and Collection are only on request. The Supplier's conditions and charges may apply.</p> <h2>Out of Hours</h2><p>Please keep in mind that even if the Supplier offers Out of Hours service, it is usually on request, meaning you must let the Supplier know in advance that you need this service by booking the correct pick-up and drop-off times. Out of Hours Fee amounts will only be displayed in these Terms and Conditions if your pick-up and/or drop-off time falls in the Out of Hours range and the service is available. The displayed amount applies only for the pick-up and drop-off times that you searched for.</p> <p>If you return the vehicle outside the Supplier's normal operation hours, please make sure you know the procedure and the location of the key return box beforehand.</p> <p>Out of Hours pick-up service is not available at this location.<br>Out of Hours drop-off service is not available at this location.<br><br></p> <h2>Early and Late Returns</h2><p>You are not entitled to a refund if you return the vehicle early.</p> <p>An early return penalty fee may apply if you return the vehicle earlier than agreed in your Rental Document. Please check the details with the Supplier when you pick up your rental vehicle.</p> <h2>Rental Extensions</h2><p>Extensions are only possible before the end of your original rental period. Please enquire with the Supplier when you pick up the rental vehicle for exact extension time restrictions. You have to present the extension voucher to the vehicle Supplier before the start of the extension period. If the Supplier does not receive a copy of the extension voucher before the original rental period ends, you must pay a local penalty fee. Please keep in mind that extensions may not always be possible.</p> <p>Please note that if you wish to extend your rental you must do so in person at the Supplier's location.</p>"

"PolicyText": "<h2>Cancellations and Refunds</h2><p>Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 6 hours prior to your pick up time, and your card will be refunded in full. No refunds will be offered on bookings cancelled within 6 hours of your pick up time or on any unused rental days.</p> <h2>Vehicle Condition</h2><p>You must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was in when you received it, minus the normal wear and tear. The Supplier will charge you at their own rates for any excessive staining/soiling and/or for both internal and external damage (including strong smells). You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon pick-up/drop-off and for the cost of any new damage found at the end of your rental period.</p> <p>Please check with the Supplier at the time of vehicle pick-up for details on how to report damage, collisions, theft, vehicle confiscation, impounding, etc. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may result in your insurance coverage becoming invalid and/or the Supplier terminating the rental.</p> <h2>Vehicle Group/Model</h2><p>The make and model of the car displayed are only guaranteed if it is clearly stated so in the offer. Generally, the particular car displayed on the voucher is only for reference and the Supplier reserves the right to substitute it for an alternative, similar or upgraded car. If the vehicle on your voucher becomes unavailable at the time of booking due to a breakdown or an accident, the Supplier will provide you with a similar or upgraded vehicle.</p> <h2>Safety Equipment</h2><p>Please keep in mind that you must use the correct kind of safety equipment as required by law in your destination country, so we strongly advise you to familiarise yourself with the requirements before travel and book necessary extras (such as baby seats) beforehand. If you book any type of child seat, most Suppliers will not install it in the rental vehicle and you will be responsible for fitting it yourself.</p> <h2>Lost, Damaged and Stolen Items</h2><p>You are responsible if the key(s) are lost or damaged and due to pay a penalty fee to the Supplier of the vehicle. Please keep in mind that if you do not return the keys to the Supplier when the car is stolen, your insurance is deemed void and you might be held responsible for the full value of the vehicle. It is important to keep an eye on the keys as it is impossible to steal some newer models without them. In order not to direct any potential thieves to the details of your rental vehicle, it is highly recommended that you take all rental tags off the key(s) and keep them in the glove box until returning the car. Let it be noted that key(s) refer to all types of keys and key-cards.</p>"
