许多度假短租住宿都提供多个可退款级别。强烈建议采用图形显示方法，以清楚地显示选购、当前日期和住客到店对应的不同退款政策。
明确告知住客，仅当预订为 100% 可退款时服务费才可退款。这必须在取消政策说明和/或预订条款部分中显示。一旦预订处于部分或全部不可退款时期，服务费将不可退款。

预订后要求
生成一封预订后电子邮件，其中包含 API 返回的所有基本住宿信息，以及合作伙伴、Expedia 和提供商确认代码。
有一些与度假短租住宿相关的关键信息，可能不会很醒目地显示在住宿内容中。
例如：
- 泳池清洁人员每周二下午 2 点至 4 点来住宿，并可进入院子。
- 要使用壁炉，您必须从后门外的储物箱中取用木材。
- 使用桑拿浴室/热水浴缸需支付每小时 10 美元的额外费用。
- 恒温器不得设置在 72F 以上。

高级 3.1：告知住客付款安排
当 Rapid 选购/价格检查 API 返回说明多次付款的订金政策时，向住客清楚地展示该政策并告知住客他们有责任在 Vrbo 网站上指定的到期日之前完成付款。Vrbo 和/或房东将提前一周发送提醒，如果未完成付款，预订可能会被取消。
在您的付款页面上添加以下语言：
“房东今天只收取部分款项。Vrbo 或房东将通过电子邮件向您发送详细信息，内含下次付款到期时的提醒。”
