CRM data feed overview

Your account manager may offer the option to upload your customer relationship management (CRM) email data to your template site. This marketing option enables your template site to send emails to travelers based on their searches or selections.

For eligible sites, we offer two upload options. Both are secure—one is an automated end-to-end solution and the other is a manual upload process.

• An [SFTP secure file transfer protocol allows you to create a secure, fully automated end-to-end process.
• The Expedia Partner Portal option allows partners to securely upload the email data file manually.
